Lawsuit Summary: Apple

Apple recently sued a Polish grocery store, A.pl, for copyright infringement of their logo and because they have a similar name. Apple has sued many companies for similar things. Apple wants A.pl to change their logo.

I think this case is really silly, since they don't even sell the same type of product and the logo/name aren't really the same.
