Magazine and Billboard Ad Thumbs and Roughs

The purpose of this assignment is to create an advertisement for a magazine and a billboard. I decided to make an ad for Cosmopolitan magazine. Their ad specs for a full page advertisement is:
Bleed: 8.25 x 11.125, Trim: 8 x 10.874, Live/Non-bleed: 7.5 x 10.375. The price for an full color ad is $244,100. 

I will be doing a toothpaste ad directed (target audience) toward women around the ages 20-35 that read Cosmopolitan magazine. The call to action of my ad will to be to scan the Microsoft tag.
